Shutt’s Home Services

1. Services Provided
Shutt’s Home Services ("Company," "we," "us") offers professional home care and seasonal services including, but not limited to:
Interior & exterior window cleaning
Power washing
Screen cleaning
Snow removal
Christmas lighting installation and removal
Other exterior and seasonal services as agreed upon
2. Scheduling and Access
All services must be scheduled in advance.
Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property and work areas.
If access is not available at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates are based on the size, condition, and scope of the job and may be adjusted upon inspection.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
Late payments may result in a 5% late fee after 7 days.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a charge of up to 50% of the quoted price.
5. Liability and Damages
We take great care in delivering services but are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages to improperly installed structures.
Any damage caused by our crew must be reported within 24 hours for consideration and possible resolution.
6. Weather Policy
Exterior services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds, etc.) to ensure safety and service quality.
Snow removal will be performed based on weather conditions and according to the severity and timing of snowfall.
7. Holiday Lighting
Includes installation, removal, and timer setup.
Client-provided lights must be in working condition. We are not liable for malfunctions due to faulty lights, poor wiring, or weather conditions.
8. Satisfaction and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to correct any reasonable issue.
Refunds will only be offered at the sole discretion of Shutt’s Home Services after reviewing the situation.
Touch-ups or rework may be offered as an alternative to refunds.
9. Recurring Services
Clients enrolled in recurring or seasonal service plans (e.g., snow removal, routine window cleaning) may receive preferred pricing and priority scheduling.
10. Service Area
We serve Annapolis, Severna Park, Edgewater, Arnold, and surrounding parts of Anne Arundel County and all of Maryland.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Client information is used strictly for communication, scheduling, and business operations. We do not sell or share your personal data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
